Welcome to Black Tide LLC. We are committed to delivering your order quickly, safely, and in perfect condition. Please review our shipping policy below.

Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after you receive your order confirmation email.

  • You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

  • During high-demand periods (such as product launches or special releases), processing times may be slightly longer.

Domestic Shipping

We currently ship within the United States via trusted carriers such as UPS, FedEx, or USPS.

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days after processing.

  • Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days after processing.

  • Overnight Shipping: 1 business day after processing (available at checkout where applicable).

Shipping rates will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

International Shipping

Black Tide currently offers international shipping to select countries. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times will be calculated at checkout.

  • International deliveries may take 7–21 business days depending on destination and customs processing.

  • The customer is responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees required by their country.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor its delivery progress. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.

Shipping Delays

While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, please note that weather conditions, carrier delays, or customs processing may affect shipping times.

Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at the time of purchase. Black Tide is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order is lost or arrives damaged, contact our Customer Care Team at help@blacktideclothing.com within 7 days of delivery. Please include your order number and any supporting photos for damaged items.
